Provision of premises
- From Friday 2pm to Sunday 5pm.
- Additional night at a special rate for the bride and groom and their guests.
Accommodation
- The castle can accommodate up to 21 people. Continental breakfast is included.
- Contact us for additional accommodation options near the castle.
The Reception
- Capacity to accommodate 10 to 150 people (for larger groups please contact us).
- Inside, 40 people can be seated for a meal, and up to 110 people can be accommodated in cocktail buffet mode.
- Outside, a reception tent will be set up in the park, accommodating up to 150 guests for a seated dinner. An enclosed option is planned to protect against inclement weather.
- Security is provided from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Providers
- The bride and groom have the option to freely select the service providers with whom they wish to prepare for this important day; they will simply be asked to sign the collaboration agreement with the Château de Scalibert, which includes respecting the internal regulations.
INCLUDED
- Security on the wedding day from 6pm to 6am.
- End-of-stay cleaning.
- Personalized support from a dedicated contact person at Château de Scalibert.
Parking
- Secure parking within the grounds for 70 vehicles.
Booking, Deposit, Cancellation, and Security Deposit
- The reservation will be definitively confirmed upon
receipt of the 40% deposit of the total amount, accompanied by the quote, the Terms and Conditions and the Internal Regulations, dated and signed. - Payment is made by bank transfer or credit card in three installments:
- 40% upon booking,
- 30% four months before the event date,
- the balance (30%) one month before the event.
- In case of cancellation by the client:
- More than 6 months before the event date:
deposit refund. - Between 6 months and 4 months before the event:
the 40% deposit remains with the service provider. - Between 4 months and 1 month before the event: 70%
of the total amount of the service remains due. - Less than one month before the event: the full amount of the service remains due and will not be refunded.
- More than 6 months before the event date:
- A credit card authorization will be taken upon entry
as a security deposit. This is not an immediate charge and will only be used in the event of
damage being found. - The deposit will be 10,000 euros for weddings with a package stay (2 nights or more) and 1,000 euros
for one-day weddings.
