The Reception
- Capacity to accommodate 10 to 150 people (for larger groups please contact us).
- Inside, 60 people can be seated for a meal, and up to 110 people can be accommodated in cocktail buffet mode.
- Outside, a reception tent will be set up in the park, accommodating up to 150 guests for a seated dinner.
Providers
- The bride and groom have the option to freely select the service providers with whom they wish to prepare for this important day; they will simply be asked to sign the collaboration agreement with the Château de Scalibert, which includes respecting the internal regulations.
INCLUDED
- Security on the wedding day from 6pm to 6am.
- End-of-stay cleaning.
- Personalized support from a dedicated contact person at Château de Scalibert.
Parking
- Secure parking within the grounds for 70 vehicles.
Accommodation
- The castle can accommodate up to 21 people.
- Continental breakfast is available as an extra (€15/person).

Booking, Deposit, Cancellation, and Security Deposit
- The reservation will be definitively confirmed upon
receipt of the 50% deposit of the total amount,
accompanied by the quote, the Terms and Conditions and the Internal Regulations, dated and signed. - Payment is made by bank transfer or credit card in three installments:
- 50% upon booking as an initial deposit.
- 30% six months before the event date, as a second deposit,
- the 20% balance three months before the date of the event.
- In case of cancellation by the client:
- More than 6 months before the date of the event: the first deposit remains due.
- Between 6 months and 3 months before the event:
80% of the total amount remains due. - Less than 3 months before the event: 100% of the total amount of the service remains due.
- A €10,000 pre-authorization will be taken on your bank account no later than 48 hours before the event, as a security deposit. This is not an immediate charge and will only be used in the event of damages.
